2ch Load Switch with Ideal Diode function

Perfect for OR connection applications, with low VF and true reverse current prevention. 
The XC8112/13 is the perfect choice for an OR circuit to connect multiple power lines, and because the quiescent current of VIN is 0 μA when reverse biased it is also ideal for use in back-up circuits

PARALLEL CONNECTION FOR HIGH CURRENTS

The XC8112/13 can be connected in parallel to deliver higher currents with lower On-Resistance.

By connecting VOUT1 and VOUT2 of the XC8113 output currents up to 2.0A is possible with a 50% reduction in Voltage drop (see graph).  
Multiple XC8112/13 can be used use in parallel to deliver higher currents.
