AUTO RESET & LATCH TYPES ARE SELECTABLE

Auto Reset Types (XC810xxC)

When the output voltage drops below 0.7V due to overload or short circuit, our unique function limits the current to ½ to suppress heat generation

Latch-off Types (XC810xxD)

If the over-current last for 7.5ms the latch off type turns off the power transistor

 

ABNORMAL SYSTEM STATE DETECTION WITH FLAG FUNCTION

Flag Operation when Overcurrent Occurs

When overcurrent state continues for 7.5ms (TYP.), flag pin outputs Low level.

Flag Operation during Reverse Current Protection

When reverse current state continues for 4ms (TYP.), flag pin outputs Low level

The flag function for detection of abnormal system states contributes to the simplification of sequence control circuit design, this is a current limit auto-reset type.
