Low IQ Voltage Regulator with Extended Temperature Range


The new XC6506 is an Ultra-Low Power, LDO Voltage Regulator with a maximum operating voltage of 6.0 V.  It is capable of delivering output currents up to 150 mA and consumes only 0.8 μA whilst operating.

The XC6506 can also be turned off via the CE pin, further reducing the current consumption to 0.01 μA (typ.) in standby.  Inexpensive Low ESR Ceramic Capacitors can be used for CIN and CL and the ultra-small USPN-4 package reduces the required PCB area.
