XC6136

Ultra-Low Power Voltage Detector

The XC6136 series from Torex is an ultra-low power voltage supervisor designed to monitor system voltages and ensure safe operation in battery-powered and energy-sensitive applications. With a typical quiescent current of only 88nA, the XC6136 helps extend battery life.

Offering a wide detection voltage range from 1.2V to 5.0V and high accuracy, the XC6136 ensures reliable monitoring across a broad spectrum of designs. Available in an ultra-small low height package USPQ-4B05 and standard packages SSOT-24 and SOT-25 which are ideally suited for space-constrained applications such as wearable devices, IoT sensors, and portable electronics.

UVLO circuit is also implemented to suppress the floating of RESETB pin (undefined operation) when VIN voltage is lower than the minimum operating voltage

The XC6136 combines high reliability, tiny footprint, and industry-leading low power consumption, making it an excellent choice for next-generation, battery-powered systems

LOW IQ OVER TEMPERATURE

Stable IQ over full temperature range

UNDEFINED OPERATION PREVENTION

Keeping the RESETB output at “L” until VIN falls below 0.4V even at conditions lower than the minimum operating voltage range in all temperature ranges.

Products that have no separated sense terminal normally cannot operate normally at low input voltages.  In this case, the output will be an “H” signal, causing system malfunction.

Products with the undefined operation prevention function keep the output voltage at low input voltage as low as possible. This makes it possible to reduce the possibility of system malfunction
