The XC6135 is an ultra-low power voltage detector with an operating voltage from 1.1V~6.0V and with a quiescent current of only 44nA which is roughly 1/10 of conventional products today allowing the IC to extend the operating time of products with small batteries such as IoT devices, wearable devices, and smart meters.
The XC6135 supports a detect voltage of 0.5V. This capability to detect 0.5V makes it ideal for monitoring voltages of 0.7V/0.8V, which are the core voltages of 16nm/28nm process SoCs and the power supply voltages of GNSS chips. It also has a sense terminal separation function allowing it to detect high withstand voltages as well.
The XC6135 features an operational instability prevention function which stops malfunctions that can be caused by voltage lift under conditions lower than the minimum operating voltage (CMOS output versions only).
The XC6135 also has a sense pin separation function which allows it to detect a high withstand voltage in addition to the factory set detect voltage. The XC6135 is available in SOT-25 & SSOT-24 packages as well as an ultra-compact USPQ-4B05 (1.0 x 1.0 x 0.33mm) package

Stable IQ over full temperature range
Lower quiescent current than ever achieved before allows support even for energy harvesting.
Keeping the RESETB output at “L” until VIN falls below 0.4V even at conditions lower than the minimum operating voltage range in all temperature ranges.
Products that have no separated sense terminal normally cannot operate normally at low input voltages.
In this case, the output will be an “H” signal, causing system malfunction.
Products with the undefined operation prevention function keep the output voltage at low input voltage as low as possible.
This makes it possible to reduce the possibility of system malfunction.
