XC6121-24 CMOS Voltage Detector
The XC6121/XC6122/XC6123/XC6124 series are highly accurate, low power consumption CMOS voltage detectors with a watchdog function and ON/OFF control. The series consist of a reference voltage source, delay circuit, comparator, and output driver.
As the watchdog timeout period & release delay period is internally set it is possible to have a system monitor without the need for external components. By making use of the newly added EN/ENB pin the watchdog function can be turned OFF allowing the series to be used as a simple voltage detector.
With the XC6122/XC6124 series, since the EN/ENB pin is internally pulled up to VIN or pulled down to VSS, it is possible to use the watchdog function even when the pin is OPEN.
The detect voltages are internally fixed between 1.6V ~ 5.0V in increments of 100mV, using laser trimming technology.
Six watchdog timeout period settings are available; 1.6s, 800ms, 400ms, 200ms, 100ms & 50ms. Five release delay times are available; 400ms, 200ms, 100ms, 50ms & 3.13ms.
