Ultra-Low Power (88nA) Voltage Detector

The XC6136 series is an ultra-low power voltage detector that can detect voltages down to 1.2V.

Operating voltage is from 1.1V ~ 6.0V and with a quiescent current of only 88nA, the XC6136 can extend the operating time of devices with small batteries such as IoT devices, wearable devices, and smart meters.

The series has an operational instability prevention function, allowing it to achieve a maximum output voltage lift of 0.38V even at conditions lower than the minimum operating voltage and over the full temperature range (CMOS products only).

Both CMOS & Open Drain are available and the XC6136 has RESETB (Active Low) & RESET (Active High) output logic options.

The XC6136 is available in SOT-25 & SSOT-24 packages as well as an ultra-compact USPQ-4B05 (1.0 x 1.0 x 0.33mm) package.
