Product Description
28V CMOS LDO Voltage Regulator
The XD6216 is range of products for applications that demand higher voltages and extended temperature ranges. With a maximum input voltage of 28V, the XD6216 is ideally suited for 24V systems and automotive applications. The XD6216 series is also fully qualified to operate over the temperature range from –40oC ~ +105 oC.
The output voltage can be fixed internally within the range of 2.0V to 12V (100mV increments).
The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
