Low Power Voltage Regulator with CE Pin
For new designs, we recommend the XC6204/09 Series (10V input) or the XC6219/21 Series (6V input), all of which can be used with ceramic capacitors.
The XC62HR series is a low power Voltage Regulator that can deliver up to 165mA and gives the user the ability to turn the device ON and OFF via a CE pin.

- Low Power Consumption 3.0μA (typ.)
- Operating Voltage Range: 10.0V (max)
- Output Voltage Range: 1.5V ~ 6.0V (0.1V steps)
- Maximum Output Current: 165mA
- Dropout Voltage: 180mV@ 60mA
- Stand-by Current less than 0.1μA
