28V CMOS LDO Voltage Regulator

The XC6216/XE6216 is the first in a range of products for applications that demand higher voltages and extended temperature ranges. With a maximum input voltage of 28V, the XC6216/XE6216 is ideally suited for 24V systems and many industrial applications. The XE6216 series is also fully qualified to operate over the industrial temperature range from -40oC to +85oC.

The output voltage can be fixed internally within the range of 2.0V to 12V (100mV increments), or using external resistors, outputs up to 23V can easily be set (XC6216C/XE6216E series). The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
