10V 500mA LDO in SOT-89-5
The XC6231 series from Torex is a 10V LDO that can deliver output currents up to 500mA and is readily available with fixed output voltages from 0.9V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments.
Other characteristics of the XC6231 include a supply current of only 35μA and a low voltage dropout of 200mV @ 100mA.
