High Speed, Low Noise LDO Voltage Regulators
The XC6209 series’ combines high speed operation with low output noise and low current consumption . Wth low quiescent current, the XC6209 series offers very high ripple rejection, even at high frequencies, and ultra fast transient response making ideal for noise sensitive RF applications.

- Output Voltage range: 0.9V ~ 6.0V (0.05V steps)

- Low Output Noise: 45μVrms

- Low Operating Current: 25μA
- Standby Current: <0.1μA
- Fast Turn-ON Time: <20us
