LDO Voltage Regulator with built-in Detector

The XC6405 family combines a high speed, low noise, voltage regulator with a built-in voltage detector / reset circuit.

The XC6405 is very versatile and designers can select active high or low for the EN/CE logic, with or without a built-in pull up/down resistor. The voltage detector output can detect high or low and can be set to detect VIN, VOUT or another power source using VSEN.

Available in the USP-6B, SOT23-5 and SOT89-5 packages, the XC6405 is designed for use with ceramic output capacitors making it ideal for space conscious applications.
