Low Capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode
Able to withstand a 15kV discharge (IEC61000-4-2), the XBP06V0U25R-G is a single bi-directional TVS diode for protecting highspeed interfaces and other digital and analog signal lines.
The XBP06V0U25R-G has low leakage current (1.0μA max at VRM = 5.0V) and is available in a FBP1006-2A package.
