Schottky Barrier Diode
The XBS013S15R-G Schottky Diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XBS013S15R-G is available in a SOD-523 package.
