1.5A Synchronous Step-Down Hi-SAT COT DC/DC Converter
The XC9262 series is a high speed transient response 1.5A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The extremely fast load transient performance is as a result of a new Hi-SAT COT (Constant On Time) control method, which, when compared to standard COT control, provides less fluctuation in oscillation frequency against load and input voltage.
The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V and the output voltage range is 0.8V to 3.6V (accuracy ±2.0%). Current consumption is only 15μA (fOSC=1.2MHz) with the XC9262 ! 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz can be selected for the oscillation frequency and the operating ambient temperature range is -40°C ~ 105°C.
The soft-start time is set to 0.3ms (TYP.). With the built-in UVLO function, the driver transistor is forced OFF when the input voltage becomes 2.0V or lower.
