The XM918A is a high‑efficiency, compact, inductor‑less 60V/6A step‑down charge pump module designed for 48V‑to‑12V intermediate‑bus power systems. It operates from 20–60V input, delivers an output equal to VIN/4, and supports up to 4 modules in parallel for a maximum 24A output, achieving efficiencies up to 96.5%. The device features a low‑profile LGA52‑C01 package (11.5 × 9.5 × 2.1 mm) and requires only minimal external components, simplifying PCB design. Built‑in functions include soft‑start, UVLO, power‑good signaling, current limit, and thermal shutdown, making it well‑suited for industrial, appliance, and medical applications.
