Ultra-small Voltage Regulator with high PSRR

The XC6228 is available in an ultra-small USPQ-4B04 package which measures just 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6mm.
This voltage regulator offers exceptionally high PSRR – typically 80dB at 1kHz and low dropout ; 200mV with a 300mA load (VOUT=3.0V). Power consumption is a low 100µA in operation and only 0.1µA in stand-by.
A CL auto discharge function ensures that voltage goes to ground quickly when the IC is turned off.
