The new XC6505 series from Torex is a 10.5V LDO that combines the best of both worlds, being high speed (PSRR is 60dB @1kHz) while consuming only 5.5µA.
The XC6505 operates with input voltages from 1.7V to 10.5V over an extended -40~+105°C temperature range and can deliver output currents up to 200mA.
The output voltage range is from 1.5V to 8.0V in 0.1V increments and the series is available in SOT-89-5, SOT-25 and USP-6C packages.
