500mA CL Capacitor-less CMOS LDO Regulator
No load capacitor needed! The new XC6503 can deliver output currents up to 500mA while still maintaining a stable output voltage!
From a maximum VIN of 6.0V, the XC6503 can provide VOUTs down to 1.2V and offers fast transient response and high PSRR (55dB @ 1kHz) whilst consuming only 15uA.
Available in SOT-25 and SOT-89-5 but soon to be available in a super small USP-4 package, measuring only 1.2mm x 1.6mm x 0.6mm as well as the TO-252.
