700mA High Speed LDO with Reverse Current Protection
The new XC6227 series from Torex offers not only fast transient response performance coupled with low drop-out voltage, it also features reverse current protection which prevents reverse current flow when the VOUT voltage level is higher than that at VIN.
Output voltages can be selected in 50mV steps within a range of 0.8V~5.0V and the operating voltage range of the IC is between 1.7V~6.0V.
In addition, the series also features over-current and thermal protection circuits.
Available in SOT89-5, SOT-25 & USP-6C Packages
