MOSFET are one of the most common transistors used in digital circuits and they are a basic element for most modern-day electronic equipment, offering low on-resistance, ultrahigh-speed switching characteristics and high-density packaging.

Torex MOSFET solutions are available in a variety of packages to suit a wide range of applications and our latest line-up now includes the recently released XP23 (30V withstand Voltage) and XP26 (60V withstand Voltage) ranges to help meet today’s demands.
