XC9511 series

Synch. Step-Down DC/DC Converter with built-in VR and VD

  • XC9510 - VR input from DC/DC
  • XC9511 - VR input from Vin

The XC9510/11 series is a family of synchronous rectification type DC/DC converters with a built in high speed, low noise, LDO voltage regulator and an internal comparator for low voltage detection. The series is operationally very similar to the XC9508/09 although the package is SOP-8 rather than MSOP-10. Output current of both the DC/DC and the VR is also higher than that of the XC9508/09.

  • Switching Frequency: 300kHz, 600kHz or 1.2MHz
  • Output Current: 800mA (DC/DC), 400mA (VR) [600mA current limit]
  • Package: SOP-8
