XC9511 series

Synch. Step-Down DC/DC Converter with built-in VR and VD

  • XC9510 - VR input from DC/DC
  • XC9511 - VR input from Vin

The XC9510/11 series is a family of synchronous rectification type DC/DC converters with a built in high speed, low noise, LDO voltage regulator and an internal comparator for low voltage detection. The series is operationally very similar to the XC9509 although the package is SOP-8 rather than MSOP-10. Output current of both the DC/DC and the VR is also higher than that of the XC9509.

  • DC/DC Output Voltage: 0.9V ~ 4.0V (0.1V steps)
  • VR Output Voltage: 0.9V ~ 4.0V (0.1V steps)
  • VD Voltage Range: 0.9V ~ 5.0V (0.1V steps)
  • Switching Frequency: 300kHz, 600kHz or 1.2MHz
  • Output Current: 800mA (DC/DC), 400mA (VR) [600mA current limit]
  • Package: SOP-8
