XC9119 series
1MHz PWM Step-Up DC/DC Converter
This series of 1MHz, PWM controlled step-up DC/DC Converters are designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. With built-in 2.0 Ohm switching transistor, a complete XC9119 circuit needs only a small external coil, diode, capacitor and resistors, thus minimising PCB area. The XC9119 is still able to provide output voltages up to 18.0V making it the ideal IC for LCD panel power supplies.

- Operating Voltage Range: 2.5V ~ 6.0V
- Output Voltage Externally Set-Up: Vref=1.0V±2.0% - (Can be set with the range of 5.0V to 18.0V)
- Oscillation Frequency: 1.0MHz (Accuracy ± 20%)
- High Efficiency: 80% (VDD=3.2V, VOUT=15V)
