1.6GHz ON/OFF Function LNA 1.6GHz ON/OFF Function Low Noise Amplifier The XC2408A816UR-G is an ultra-low-noise amplifier (LNA) with low operating voltage, low nose figure (NF), low power consumption using CMOS process. The device offers easy output matching to 50Ω for input and output with less external components required. An ON/OFF control pin has been added to enable direct ON/OFF control of the LNA from a base band chip without need for power line control by an LDO or other device, thereby increasing system design freedom.
