No 'CL Cap' 500mA Low Power Consumption High Speed LDO
No load capacitor needed! The new XC6503 can deliver output currents up to 500mA while still maintaining a stable output voltage!
From a maximum VIN of 6.0V, the XC6503 can provide VOUTs down to 1.2V and offers fast transient response and high PSRR (55dB @ 1kHz) whilst consuming only 15uA.
Available in USP-4, SOT-25, SOT-89-5, SOT-89 and TO-252 packages.
