Low IR Schottky Barrier Diode in Tiny 0.8mm x 0.5mm Package

The XBS013S1CR-G Schottky Diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XBS013S1CR-G is available in an ultra small USP-2B02 package measuring just 0.8mm x 0.5mm x 0.3mm. Reverse Current is only 2.0uA (VR=25V).

Available as Halogen & Antimony Free.
