Low IR Schottky Barrier Diode in Tiny 0.6mm x 0.3mm Package

The XBS013V1DR-G Schottky Diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XBS013V1DR-G is available in an ultra small USP-2B01 package measuring just 0.6mm x 0.3mm x 0.3mm. Reverse Current is only 7.0uA (VR=10V).

Available as Halogen & Antimony Free.
