XC6224 Series

150mA High Speed, Low Noise LDO in 0.95mm x 0.75mm Package 

Available in our smallest ever package ! The USPN-4B02 package measures just 0.95 x 0.75 x 0.4mm ! The new XC6224 Series of voltage regulators offer exceptionally high PSRR – typically 70dB at 1kHz and low dropout ; 210mV with a 150mA load (VOUT=2.8V). These low dropout voltage regulators provide a highly stable, low noise supply that meets the demands of battery-driven circuits.

Power consumption is a low 33uA in operation and only 0.1uA in stand-by. A CL auto discharge function ensures that voltage goes to ground quickly when the IC is turned off.

The XC6224 also features a current limiter circuit and short circuit protection and is also available in standard SOT-25 and SSOT-24 packages.
