XE61C Series

Low Power Voltage Detectors

The XE61C series are highly precise, extremely low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured using CMOS process and utilising Torex's laser trimming technologies to ensure a wide range of detect voltage thresholds.

Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available and the series comes in either SOT23 or SOT89 packages.

Performance is guaranteed over the full temperature range of -40 ~ +85 degC.

•Highly Accurate: ± 2% (25 degC), ± 4% (-40 ~ +85 degC),
•Low Power Consumption: 0.7 µA (TYP.) [ VIN=1.5V ]
•Detect Voltage Range: 1.6V ~ 6.0V (100mV increments)
•Operating Voltage Range: 0.7V ~ 10.0V
•Output Configuration: N-channel open drain or CMOS
