700mA High Speed LDO
Available in the tiny USP-6C package (1.8 x 2.0 x 0.6mm), as well as in standard SOT-25 and SOT-89-5 versions, the new XC6222 Series of voltage regulators offer exceptionally low dropout voltage – typically 120mV with a 300mA load (VOUT=3.0V). These high current, ultra-low dropout voltage regulators provide a highly stable, low noise supply that meets the demands of battery-driven circuits as well as being optimised for use in back-up power circuits.
