Voltage Detector with Sense Pin & External Delay 

This family of low power Voltage Detectors has a sense pin separated from it’s power supply (Vin), so that the IC can monitor an external power supply.

Moreover, with the built-in delay circuit, connecting the delay capacitance pin to a capacitor enables the IC to provide an arbitrary release delay time. Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available.

  • Detect Range: 0.8V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps
  • Low Supply Current: 0.4μA (detect state)
  • Low Active Reset Output
  • CMOS or Open Drain Outputs
