The XC6220 is a low noise, high speed, LDO regulator, which incorporates our ‘Green Operation’ (GO) functionality which automatically reduces quiescent current at low output loads down to 8μA (typ). Green operation (GO) automatically switches between a high speed mode (HS) and a power save mode (PS) depending upon the load current level. The switch point is fixed internally.

The XC6220 also offers extremely low dropout voltage of only 20mV@100mA  and output currents of up to 1A ! Output Voltage is selectable in 0.05V steps within a range of 0.8V ~ 5.0V. A thermal shutdown circuit is built-in.
