XC6701 Series

28V High Speed CMOS LDO Voltage Regulator

The XC6701 is a new high speed (50dB @ 1kHz ripple rejection), 28V linear LDO voltage regulator ideally suited for 24V systems and many industrial applications.

Even in full operation, the IC only consumes 50uA of current and this can be greatly reduced via the IC's chip enable (CE) pin to less than 0.1uA in stand-by with the XC6701B version.

Output voltage is selectable in 100mV steps within the range of 1.8V to 18V. The XC6701 is compatible with ceramic caps for added stabilty and the series also
includes built-in over current protection and thermal shutdown circuits.
