0.6uA Ultra Low Power Supervisor IC
With a typical supply current figure of only 0.6uA (VDF=2.0V, VIN=2.2V), the new XC6120 voltage detector offers one of the lowest power consumption performances on the market today. Operating voltage range is as low as 0.7V and the series can detect voltage levels down to 1.0V.
Available in USP-3 & SSOT-24 packages
