Schottky Barrier Diode

The XBS303V17R Schottky Diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XBS303V17R is available in a SMA/DO214AC package.
