XC6221 Series
High Speed, Low Noise LDO Regulator
Combining high speed operation with very low output noise and ultra low quiescent current the XC6221 is ideal for RF applications in battery powered designs. Low Drop-Out spec and additional CE function help to maximize battery life.
The XC6221 is specifically designed for use with ceramic output capacitors and is available in SOT23-5, SC-82, USP-4 & USPN-4 packages.
