XC6406 series
Dual Channel High Power LDO Voltage Regulator
Combining two Voltage Regulators in a small SOP-8 package, the XC6406 series offers output currents up to 400mA per channel with a total quiescent current of only 20uA. Each internal Voltage Regulator has a built-in current limiter and the individual output Voltages are user selectable in 100mV steps from 1.8V to 6.0V.
