XC74UL4066NR series

The XC74UL4066 is a CMOS analog switch, manufactured using silicon gate CMOS fabrication. The small supply current, which is one of the features of this CMOS logic, makes high speed analog or digital switching possible. As the XC74UL86AA is integrated into mini molded, SSOT-25 packages, high density mounting is possible.
