XC6402 series
Ultra LDO Regulator + Reset IC
The XC6402 family combines a high speed, low noise, voltage regulator with a built-in voltage detector / reset circuit. Voltage dropout is only 50mV @ 100mA. The XC6402 has the option of an EN pin (allowing the regulator to be put in stand-by mode) or a Cd pin which enables a delay time on the reset output to be externally set up.The series is designed for use with ceramic output capacitors and is available in SOT23-5,SOT89-5 & USP-6B packages.
