Ultra High Speed LDO Regulator
The XC6213 is an ultra high speed, low noise CMOS LDO voltage regulator family which combines high speed operation with low output noise and low current consumption.
The series gives very high ripple rejection, even at higher frequencies as well as ultra fast transient response.
- Input Voltage: 2.0V ~ 6.0V
- Output Voltage Range: 1.8V ~ 5.0V (0.1V steps)
- Max output current: 150mA
- Drop-out Voltage: 400mV @ 100mA
- Low Operating Current: 35μA
- Standby Current: 0.1μA
- CE = Activ'Hi' or Activ'L'
- High Ripple Rejection: 60dB @ 10kHz
- Compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors
