High Speed, Low Noise LDO Voltage Regulators
The XC6204 family of LDO Voltage Regulators combine high speed operation with low output noise and low current consumption to offer ideal solutions for GPRS, Bluetooth and WLAN applications. The XC6204 offers the highest levels of performance and lowest output noise making it ideal for RF applications.
The XC6204 offers very high ripple rejection, even at higher frequencies, and ultra fast transient response. Using the industry standard SOT25 package or space saving USP-6B (1.8mm x 2.0mm x 0.65mm) the XC6204 is targeted at space concious applications
