Ultra Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator
Very low quiescent current, only 1μA in operation, makes the XC6206 series ideal for power critical applications. Designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors, the XC6206 is capable of handling output currents over 250mA. The low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit make the XC6206 ideal for a wide range of applications.
