20V CMOS LDO Regulator
Capable of handling input voltages up to 20V, the XC6202 also guarantees extremely low power consumption and high levels of performance thanks to Torex’s propriety CMOS processes.
With built-in current limiter to protect against over shoot currents/short circuits and with the ability to use low ESR ceramic capacitors the XC6202 is the ideal solution for applications that demand a higher input voltage level.
