Ultra Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator
The XC6201 offers low quiescent current, only 2.0μA in operation and is designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors. Capable of handling output currents over 250mA with low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit, the XC6201 is ideal for a wide range of applications.
