XC62RP series
Low Power Voltage Reference
The XC62RP series is designed for use as a voltage reference and combines high accuracy with very low quiescent current. Consuming only 3.2μA in operation, the XC62RP comes in space saving SOT23 package.
For new designs, we recommend the XC6201 Series (10V input) or the XC6206 Series (6V input), both of which can be used with ceramic capacitors.
