XC62FP series
Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator
The XC62FP series is a well established member of the Torex regulator family. It offers very low quiescent current, only 2μA in operation, and is capable of delivering 250mA making it ideal for power critical applications.
For new designs, we recommend the XC6201 Series (10V input) or the XC6206 Series (6V input), both of which can be used with ceramic capacitors.
