XC612 series

Dual Channel Low Power Voltage Detectors

The XC612 combines two highly precise, extremely low power consumption voltage detectors into a small package. Manufactured in CMOS and utilising Tor's laser trimming technologies to ensure a wide range of possible detect voltage thresholds. The user can also choose from CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations.

For new designs, we recommend the XCM410 Series

  • Highly Accurate: ± 2% as standard
  • Low Power Consumption: 2.0 µA (TYP.) [ VIN1=VIN2=2.0V ]
  • Detect Voltage Range: 1.5V ~ 6.0V (100mV increments)
  • Operating Voltage Range: 1.5V ~ 10.0V
  • Output Configuration: N-channel open drain or CMOS
