Low Power Voltage Detector with built in delay circuit
The XC61F series is a family of highly precise, low power consumption, voltage detectors, manufactured using our full CMOS and utilising Tor's laser trimming technology to ensure a wide range of possible detect thresholds
The XC61F series includes built-in delay circuit, with factory set release delay time. This series is also available with CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations and a comes in the small SOT23 package to minimise PCB area.
