Low Power Voltage Detector with built in delay circuit

The XC61F series is a family of highly precise, low power consumption, voltage detectors, manufactured using our full CMOS and utilising Tor's laser trimming technology to ensure a wide range of possible detect thresholds

The XC61F series includes built-in delay circuit, with factory set release delay time. This series is also available with CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations and a comes in the small SOT23 package to minimise PCB area.

  • Highly Accurate: ± 2% as standard
  • Low Power Consumption: 1.0 µA (TYP.) [ VIN=2.0V ]
  • Detect Voltage Range: 1.6V ~ 6.0V (100mV increments)
  • Operating Voltage Range: 0.7V ~ 10.0V
  • Built-in Delay Circuit with 3 timing options:
    •  1ms~50ms
    • 50ms~200ms
    • 80ms~400ms
  • Output Configuration: N-channel open drain or CMOS output
