Schottky Barrier Diodes

The XB0ASB03A1BR Schottky diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XB0ASB03A1BR is available in a SOD-323 package (2.5x1.25x0.9mm).

Please note that for new designs we recommend the XBS053V13R Diode.
